Description

Fast Patch is a high penetration two-part hybridurethane that combines manufactured sand to form a tough instant polymer concrete.

     
Features
Extremely low viscosity and properties that allow deep penetration into concrete.
All materials are self mixed and delivered at the point of application. No messy pot-mixing or wasted product.
Self-leveling or may be combined with manufactured sand and worked with a trowel.
Easier cartridge mixing.
Completely cures in 10 minutes after application at 70° F will also cure rapidly in subzero environments.
Completely cures to heavy traffic in 15-20 minutes after application at 70°F.
Excellent bonding strength in a wide temperature range.
Excellent chemical resistance.
Low moisture sensitivity, will tolerate small amounts of moisture when applied.
Bonds well to concrete, brick, tile, steel, asphalt and wood.
Safe to use. Material reacts quickly and is solvent and odor free with 100% solids and no VOC'S.
Good flexibility at lower temperatures.
When combined with manufactured sand, Fast Patch will form a tough 4500 PSI polymer concrete that will stay pliable over time.
